CONTEST RULES

OFFICIAL “WIN A FREE BOOTH” CONTEST RULES

1. Eligibility

   • Open to legitimate wedding-related businesses.

   • Business must be located in New York.

   • One entry per business.

   • Both NEW and PREVIOUS VENDORS are eligible!

2. How to Enter

   • Participants may enter by completing the official form at: www.nocoexpos.com/win-a-booth.

   • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize Description

   • One (1) single exhibitor booth at the November 8th 2026 at Venue Travertine in Watertown, NY.

   • Booth includes all the features of a paid booth!

4. Winner Selection

   • Winner will be selected at random.

   • Winner will be notified via email and/or phone on October 26, 2026.

   • Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

   • If no response, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize Conditions

   • Booth has no cash value.

   • Prize is non-transferable.

   • Prize may not be resold.

   • If the winner has already paid for a booth, the free booth may be:

     • Applied as a credit toward a future show, or

     • Used to upgrade booth size to a double booth

6. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Are incomplete or fraudulent

  • Do not align with the event’s vendor categories

  • Violate any show policies or exhibitor rules

• Organizer Rights

  • North Country Wedding Expos reserves the right to:

    • Modify or cancel the contest if necessary.

    • Substitute a prize of equal value if needed.

    • Use winner’s business name/logo for promotional purposes.
